Appearance Settings

The YourCX platform lets you personalize the look of every survey element and tailor the behavior of each control mechanism or question.

Editor Buttons: CSS, JS – allow you to apply custom styles and scripts.

Live Preview – enables you to see your changes in real time.

Appearance Options let you configure individual layers of your survey:

• Global Theme

• Logo – add multimedia assets.

• Header – edit header text styling and add optional divider lines.

• Question Container – customize the appearance of question areas.

• Answer Fields – style response input areas.

• Navigation – adjust navigation button layout, placement, font and color.

• Footer – edit footer text, links, dividers, etc.

In the lower part of the panel you’ll find options to configure the background (BACKGROUND) and text (TEXT):

• BACKGROUND: Select the background type (e.g. solid color) and its color.

• MARGIN / PADDING: Set margins and padding.

• BORDER: Choose and style borders or outlines.

• TEXT: Define font family, size, weight, word wrap and color.

After making your changes, click “Save” and then “Generate”.

Besides fully customizing your survey’s look, you can also apply appearance templates. Templates let you reuse predefined designs (find more here) for the entire survey or individual sections. Advanced template programming is supported via JS or CSS.
