Survey in a Mobile Application

YourCX enables customer surveys directly within mobile applications by using a dedicated SDK (Software Development Kit) for both Android and iOS platforms. This allows for collecting user feedback about their experience with the app in their natural environment.

How do in-app surveys work?

  • The survey is displayed as part of the mobile application (e.g., a sliding panel or modal window).

  • The survey can be triggered automatically at a specific moment (e.g., after a user action or after a set amount of time) or based on contextual parameters.

  • Data from completed surveys is sent directly to the YourCX system and is visible in survey results, dashboards, and automated reports—just like data from web-based surveys.

  • Surveys can be displayed either natively or via WebView.
